This single family lot is in a great location with access to shopping, schools and highways. Willing to do a cash purchase or will owner finance with 50% down. All properties are sold with a Special Warranty Deed as most all of our properties have been purchased at a delinquent tax auction and have been acquired with a Tax Deed. Any purchaser will be sent a standard purchase agreement and must return with a $1,000 non refundable deposit. All purchases are final and the buyer should complete their research before entering into a contract.
